Several
years ago I purchased from a used books & documents store a
pamphlet named "Regler og forskrifter for
skjenke Den Fred medal" From my days in the OSS, I
was able to recognize the document as Norwegian in origin, and roughly
translate it. "Rules and Regulations
for bestowing the Peace Price."
When I read this
AP bulletin today, it was like deja-vu all over again.
