Was the ad photo shopped?
"Visit LisaMurkwski.com" is what it says, and where it leads you is clearly not a Murkowski site. Funny as hell, but not hers!

What obviously happened is the dude caught Murkowski's spelling screw-up ( "If she can't proof-read her own campaign ads, how can we be sure she really takes the time to read bills and legislation that impact our lives?" ) and registered LisaMurkwski.com as a means to lampoon her. The video is the original Murkowski ad reposted on YouTube with his addy.
