Factually Speaking

Two state Supreme Court justices
stun some listeners with race comments

State Supreme Court justices Richard Sanders and James Johnson stunned some participants at a recent court meeting when they said African Americans are overrepresented in the prison population because they commit a disproportionate number of crimes and not because of racial discrimination.

OMFG!  You'da thunk they just endorsed Chlorinol instead of displaying common senses and citing fact.

Over 90% of the people in prison drank milk when they were young.

I think the Washington State justices made 2 mistakes.

1. High crime rates are a symptom of cultural—not racial—problems. They did not control the discussion to frame their comments appropriately. These days, everyone should be aware that glaringly fake racial outrage is the essential method of self-validating Leftist credentials. Thoughtful people don't enable that.

2. There is no reason to highlight Black behavior in any discussion of criminality. Africans don't go to prison for behaving like Africans. It is far more useful to acknowledge that our prisons are packed with Democrats acting like Democrats.

If not for Democrats, America would have the lowest crime rate in the world. We simply wouldn't need any prisons. OK, maybe one work farm in Vermont.

INteresting, I heard a comment that was attributed to Chairman Ann that if you take out those who came from fatherless homes the rate of incarceration was virtually equal across races.

So in a way, that comment "If not for Democrats, America would have the lowest crime rate in the world. " is true because welfare pays out higher for single mothers than for married couples which started a trend.

Interestingly, Asians are vastly overrepresented in universities and professional roles proportional to their population in the country, and vastly underrepresented in prisons.

Therefore, I propose that to be fair to the rest of us, brown AND white, a set percentage of Asians applying for higher education will be enrolled instead in prisons, where they will fulfill the vital role of racial parity in our society.

Damn them for coming here with their hard-work ethic and near worship of education! Damn them for this! We'll show them.....
