Fascism, anyone?

State Takes Oath Keeper's Child
Because He's An
Oath Keeper

A 16-hour-old newborn was snatched from her parents by authorities in Concord, N.H., after social services workers alleged the father is a member of Oath Keepers.

The organization collects affirmations  from soldiers and peace officers that they would refuse orders that violate the U.S. Constitution, in light of what they perceive as the advance of socialism in the U.S.

The father, Johnathon Irish, told WND that the affidavit signed by Child Protective Service worker Dana Bicford seeking government custody of newborn Cheyenne said the agency "became aware and confirmed that Mr. Irish associated with a militia known as the 'Oath Keepers.

Theoretically, then, he failed to keep that oath when he didn't send Dana Bicford to Hell.  I said theoretically.  But this certainly underscores why we all need to be Oath Keepers on November 2, and take the political lives of every elected Democrat in the land. Click-Click (sound of voting machine).

Something stinks. I dont trust guvmint and I REALLY dont want them telling anyone how to raise kids but there is more to this story. Lots of oathkeepers still have their children.

I'm with Tim. I just get the feeling that we didn't get the whole story. However it is telling that so many people expect the worst out of government agencies these days after catching them doing so many illegal and immoral acts. I just hope my drugs last me through November. Man, I wish I'd been well enough to start my life vests for rats company.

It could have something to do with this: State officials, however, cited domestic violence and child abuse allegations

Just, yanno, sayin....

Yes by all means start your "sleuthing" Tim and others. The Fact alone that the Oath Keepers were named as one of the factors in this action should be a red flag to anyone with half a brain, regardless of any other accusations.

From what I've read, it was Irish himself who mentioned Oath Keepers -- not the State.

NB: I think the idea and the reality of the organization Oath Keepers is a worthy one.

I also think it's worth keeping our heads about this. 48-hour Rule...

e~C Read a little more, includes a pdf file of the court papers. Couple may or may not be guilty of child abuse (I still proclaim inocent till proven..but Im an old fart)...either way their ties to Oath Keeper being a factor should scare the b-geesus out of any one.

PDF can be located here http://oathkeepers.org/oath/2010/10/11/confirmed-court-did-rely-on-oath-keeper-association-to-take-baby/

I want to see the rest of the affidavit.

Never take at face value anything reported in the media about a court case.

"State officials, however, cited domestic violence and child abuse allegations" smacks of Janet Reno and Waco if you ask me ... The .gov can get away with murder if they are doing it "for the children". - Vice Sgt Boone
