Ninth Circus Clowns

Federal court overturns
part of Arizona voting ID law

Ninth Circus Clowns

... ruled against requirement that residents prove their U.S. citizenship to register to vote, but upheld a part of the same law that mandates residents to show identification before voting.

One of those 'clowns' was Sandra Day O'Connor. That makes me think I should read more about the case.

I can prove my identity, for example, more easily than I can prove my citizenship. And at least I have a birth certificate to show.

The problem isn't the ruling - it's the Motor Voter law, a piece of Clinton criminality. Without that, there is no argument for tha appellant to make.

This was a correct judgement as it was based on registering to vote no the casting of the vote -- for that you need to have a valid ID.

I'm an Arizonan and you can kiss our asses for doing the job the federal government won't.

Motor Voter is a crock.
Illegals caught voting should be shot- no joking.

Impeach the 9th circus court!
Nyctimene Dabori, that face looks familiar - do we have a mutual friend now living in TN?

The second we get a full majority in the Senate and House, every member of the Ninth except for Kozinski needs to be impeached.

Right after Congress demands proof of citizenship from Obama.
