My liberal debate playbook which I use to skewer pREgressives is

1) ignore issues and attack your opponent
2) bring up a totally unrelated point and
3) attack that

Ann's point about how pREgressives jump from one thing to another couldn't be truer. In the middle of a discussion about vouchers, a pREgressive will throw in how Bush invaded Iraq to steal their oil.

Vacuous and delusional are the words that come to mind after a session with a liberal

I some times if in a argument with one, I will some times stop mid sentence give them a big gooey eyed smile and say. "I am sorry, I did not know you have ADD. It wold be most unkind of Me to continue this debate with you as you clearly can not keep a cognitive thought long enough to formulate a coherent retort."
