The REPEAL AMENDMENT

Oh yeah ...
oh yeah baby ... that's
what daddy needs.

Rapidly growing support for the “Repeal Amendment” –  a proposed constitutional amendment that would allow a vote by two-thirds of the states to repeal an act of Congress —  symbolizes the intense level of anger Americans have with Washington, according to observers. [Voter anger fuels support for “Repeal Amendment”]

I am mindful of the "getting what you wished for" thing, but it seems to me that any time  2/3 of us want something to happen, it should. To deny it fosters dangerous discontent (like now). That said, can you find 33 states that would vote to undo the Obamacy?

It all gets back to those smug latte-sipping LF bastards or the uneducated poor in the blue counties who cram this shit down the throats of the rest of us, that is to say, those of us who have to pay for this crap and send our kids off to war to keep the barbarians away from the walls. Unless those walls are on the southern border, of course.

How about affirative vote of 2/3 of the counties? All this gubmint horse-shit eventually gets enforced locally, and the county level is relatively local. Otherwise, we might not be able to stop any of this horse shit any better than we can now.

I'm not sure that's an answer either, I'm just throwing stuff at the wall and seeing who salutes.

This essentially was what the senate was for when they were appointed by the governors.
