Boehner, Just Another GOP Nancy

Boehner credits Obama
for handling of Egypt crisis

Way too many Nancys Here Boss
House Speaker John Boehner says on NBC's 'Meet the Press' that he thinks the president responded to the 'very difficult situation' in Egypt about as well as possible. Potential GOP presidential candidates believe otherwise.
Boehner- A Nancy Too Near

Criticism will be wide-spread and quick to come.  When Boner attempts to change his tune, the picture of same-old, same-old will be complete.

I said from the get-go that if they insisted on putting Boehner in as Speaker the Republicans didn't deserve to win the majority.

I stand by that statement.

Not so quick - you had the company of millions.

Now we know Boener's governing style-- right from the liberal playbook: Stand on the sidelines and cheer both sides.

Once again, a sure way to spot a liberal: they try to have it both ways.

I see Boehner as just another pol with the next election in mind, and a finger in the air measuring the political winds generated by others just like him. Principles? LOL. Liberals have a goal, and let nothing stand in the way of achieving it; not polls, not truth, not election results, not the law.

There's a great scene at the end of The Fourth Protocol where the deputies of British Intel, and the KGB have allowed a very dangerous game with a nuke to play out to the personal benefit of both of them. All bureaucracies ultimately become self-seeking. It happened to the CIA post-Church. Time to start anew.

Just because they have an "R" after their name does not mean they are on your side.

I think God is sending us a message.

No, the medium of our physical existence is God's message, and there are no current updates. So leave the false prophet business to the eco-misanthropes.

Self-sufficiency is for animals. God has expressly forbidden humans from turtling up. We must work together, trade, and differentiate labor to prosper. And it is essential to prosper, because the weather changes.

Good times quickly turn into bad times, and that is no time for the luxury of single-sourcing our food supply. Mesa Verde is a vast monument to those who tried; a dire warning for the rest of us.

I find it interesting to compare our policy towards Honduras with our lack of policy with Egypt.
