My son's 21 and a senior at a small South Texas regional university. We avoid argueing with each other over politics. We both like science fiction, Monty Python, and dark German beer.
I guess our relationship is much more cordial than most.

Do you mean that there is no Festivus airing of the grievances? No post-turkey dinner hand to hand combat? It has only ended in my world because the last time I won, I knew it would be the last time I won.
