I don't actually think the great 0 is actually dumb.

corrupt, venial, communist/socialist, muslim, campy, american hating foreigner certainly.

but not dumb.

Carter, on the other hand, makes Ruprecht look smart (for those of you who remember "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels")
