“   "The President will today propose a budget for 2012 in which the U.S. government would take in $2.627 trillion and spend $3.729 trillion," reports ABC's Jake Tapper. "At no point in the president's 10-year projection would the U.S. government spend less than it's taking in." Things the proposal does not include: Serious cuts to entitlement spending or any of the other bitter pills suggested by Obama's not-cheap deficit reduction commission. According to budget spiritualist Jacob Lew, Obama's proposed budget counters the argument--made by absolutely no one--that "we can do this painlessly." ”

Full fumigation of the entire Fed govt.
Uhbama says his budget reflects "tough choices".
Not hardly. Abolition of govt employee unions, Depts of Education, EPA, 75% of Energy, BATFE, Homeland Security, DEA, about 100 commissions, would be an easy start to pare the budget.
With those bodies gone, the loss of strangling regulation would also increase revenue, but Uhbambi The Magnificent And Ignorant could not stand the loss of control.

He wants the house republicans to take the blame for any pain caused by budget cuts.

So he's staked out the most ridiculous spending position possible, knowing it ain't gonna fly.

Obama is not stupid. He is doing all this crap deliberately.

I know of a number of construction companies that will be put out of business by the $1`billion reduction in airport grants and $1billion in water plant grants. THOUSANDS will be put out of work; Thanks Obama!!!!

Even the dinks at MSNBC were shaking their heads this morning and saying "this is seriously stupid."

Ten years ago during the Clinton adminsitration with the possibility of another Democrat President, I would have put the odds of a civil uprising against the Dims at 1000 to 1. In 2009 I would have put the odds at 500 to 1, in 2010 100 to 1. It is 2011 now and things are getting worse.
