Union whacked in Florida

TALLAHASSEE -- The Florida House
delivered a major blow to ...

..   public employee unions Friday, approving a bill that would ban automatic dues deduction from a government paycheck and require members to sign off on the use of their dues for political purposes. [Clap-Clap-Clap]
What happened to Beck?
But, whatever happened to BECK?

Back in the day there was a Bell System group which specified the requirements for just about everything the Bell System bought from outside vendors. These were called the KS Specs. I've a pair of KS spec wireman's scissors with a 24 ga. insulation stripping notch along the outside and a pair of needle-nosed pliers with the KS Spec. number embossed on the hinge.

When I say everything, I mean everything. They had specs for manhole covers as well as the women's sanitary napkins in the ladies rooms in Bell System Facilities.

Their motto was:

We Specify everything from manhole covers to man hole covers.

Really!

Beck? It's just another one of those laws that's ignored by the libs who have been running the doj forever. They do that with all of the laws they don't like.
