New Header

PSA

Boned Header

In case you missed it, I'm using he new header to run interesting (to me anyway) videos.  Currently it's about ants. You can normally go full screen by clicking the full screen icon.   In addition, Archives were fixed.  You're welcome.  As a matter of curiosity, did anyone watch the TOP GEAR drive to the North Pole while it was up?

Yes. I saw them both. Both were worthy. Thanks, Rodge. When you first put it up there I thought it was for videos you wanted to persist longer than a simple post, but I suppose there would be too many of those.

I didn't realize what the North Pole thing was until I clicked on the Baccarat video. Loved that.

Watched the polar episode a while ago, but will try your header video thingy when I get a few free minutes. Without spoiling anything, it won't be the last time you see one of those polar trucks. On a related note, Top Gear USA started this week on the hitler channel. I'm not going to claim it's as good, but I'm not the type to pan it either. Anything that glorifies horsepower and ingenuity is good in my book.

all three episodes.

I thought the loo enhancement was a nice addition to the truck. I'll have to remember that one.

Watched Top Gear USA in Alaska, very sad. Why don't they hire some MEN as hosts? Or women, anything but those metro sexual couch loungers in short pants.
The Brit show- love it. Never thought I would say that. and I want a 4 cylinder diesel Toyota 4x4 crew cab, never thought I say that either.

I happened upon the USA version without knowing what it was. Watched for a few minutes. When it was identified as TOP GEAR (USA), I spit.

Ha. I certainly get that it's not the same. I found humor in the fact that the Brit show alone justifies the benefits of funded television, but almost every other public TV show negates that argument. I still won't bring myself to bash the US version though. Any show that promotes the pure joy of gas burning vehicles is a stick in the eye of those that would handcuff us.
