Barack Obama rejects calls for Eric Holder to resign

“ President Barack Obama has forcefully rejected calls for Attorney General Eric Holder to resign over a controversial federal law enforcement operation that allegedly allowed hundreds of guns to flow to Mexican drug cartels. [Brietbart Full] Eric Holder is Obama's Attorney General for precisely the same reason Hillary Clinton made him Janet Reno's "Go-To" guy ( United States Attorney for the District of Columbia) — he's a lap dog who will protect his liege at any cost.   A Federal district judge said today that Ira C. Magaziner, the chief architect of President Clinton's health plan, had given misleading testimony to the court, and he asked Federal prosecutors to determine whether the statements amounted to perjury or criminal contempt of court. He referred the case to the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, Eric H. Holder, "for further development of the facts in order to determine whether a criminal offense has been committed." In August, the Justice Department argued that "no contempt of court has occurred," and that "Mr. Magaziner's reputation has been unfairly maligned as a result of plaintiffs' baseless allegations."  [Architect of Health Plan Could Face Charges - December 22, 1994]   Not only did Magaziner commit perjury, but Hillary Clinton was present in the courtroom nodding her assent to those lies.  I've lost track of referrals to the DOJ for perjury, of damned near every person in the Clinton administration, but not one resulted in any action. It  took a special prosecutor to finally nail the Liar-in-Chief.  Holder is so corrupt he makes Janet Reno look like Thomas à Becket.
