This is less than 15 minutes old.  Somehow the background telly is tuned to CNN and I'm listening to one asshat after another drone on when David Frum comes on.  First of all, David Frum is a conservative by CNN standards I guess, but ... well, it is what it is.

I heard Carl Rove on FOX today basically saying the same thing. I really don't care that Cain hasn't held elected office before. He is running for the head of the Executive Branch of the government. Cain has plenty of experience as an executive. The current holder of that office has zero experience as an executive and it shows.

What struck me was when CNN chick's "training" caused her to issue the "conservative" alert. I guess had this been in full context it would be more striking. She had just finished listening to Al Sharpton babble on as though his was the sermon on the mount.

So can we have Cain as President, Gingrich as VP, and Paul Ryan (with Newt as top cover) jam through 9-9-9?

Once favorable tax breaks can no longer be sold on K Street, we can undo the decades of creeping nationalism of healthcare, introduce competition in education, enforce immigration laws, etc.
