Rebellion? Here's yur rebellion.

The nut doesn't fall far from ....
Obama should ‘declare a national emergency,’ add jobs with ‘extra-constitutional’ action

Zactly

Illinois Democratic Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. told The Daily Caller on Wednesday that congressional opposition to the American Jobs Act is akin to the Confederate “states in rebellion.”

Jackson called for full government employment of the 15 million unemployed and said that Obama should “declare a national emergency” and take “extra-constitutional” action “administratively” — without the approval of Congress — to tackle unemployment.

“I hope the president continues to exercise extraordinary constitutional means, based on the history of Congresses that have been in rebellion in the past,” Jackson said. “He’s looking administratively for ways to advance the causes of the American people, because this Congress is completely dysfunctional.” [full]

The nation damn sure is in a state of rebellion, and way past the time for it.  .

I've been watching the Ken Burns series Prohibition. Yes, I thought like you, what could I possibly learn... amazingly, a lot. Pre-prohibition, 30% of federal revenues came from booze taxes, so the driving force behind the income tax was prohibitionist. The KKK was a dry democrat organization, and the core of prohibition was pointed at controlling blacks and immigrants. It was the birth of unconstitutional governmental intrusion into every aspect of our lives.

Advocating the subversion of the Constitution is an act of treason, particularly for those who have raised their right hand, and sworn to uphold, serve, and defend it from enemies foreign and domestic. Thus, JJ Jr is a traitor, and should be dealt with as such with the full force of the law.

They've all shown. There are only three. I'm watching them OnDemand.

Bottomline, the same MFCS's that gave us prohibition gave us Obamacare, same bolt of cloth. I'm ready to become the George Remus of Obamacare. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Remus

It's comforting to know that Junior is as big an asswipe as senior...
