tebow

tebow

I can't explain why, but after watching the Tim Tebow led Bronco's win the game against the Bears yesterday, a game they trailed 10-0  with 2:08 left, and with no time-outs left, something he has done what?  the last four weeks in a row?—  I feel optimistic.  About what?  I don't know.  Just optimistic.  Tebow does that.

The secularists hate Tebow. And, who gives a rip about what Charles Barkley's take on Tebow is?

I'm probably not a "christian" as is commonly understood but I'm really rooting for Tebow. C'mon Tim! Rub their noses in it...

Don't rub noses anywhere that is wholly not the point, simple subtle gestures will suffice and I know what you mean Rodg it feels like something is turning around. Heisman winner from Baylor and an humble young man. Just keep winning.

I keep thinking of the scene from Chariots of Fire, when Jackson Schultz hands the message to Eric Liddell before his Olympic race.

"he that honors me, I will honor."

always loved that part. and when Liddell says " and when I run, I feel his pleasure."

I know I prayed in those last 2 minutes. Show them Lord, show them!

I just hope I don't have to pray for Tebow against my Packers in the Super bowl, because I will.

I've found myself doing two things I never thought I'd do, root for Tim Tebow and root for the Broncos. Never liked Tebow in college because I didn't want Florida to win. Now I can't help myself. And it's not just because he's a Christian, but because he puts the focus and glory on God, not himself. And he's even said that God doesn't care who wins. So true! I don't pray that Tebow or the Broncos win, but that Tebow conducts himself well as an ambassador for Christ whether he wins or loses. That's the way it should be for all Christians.

Tebow's like Gingrich: Ticking off all the right people.

They wouldn't be pulling this crap if Tebow were a Mohammedan.

Tebow has a way of saying "EFF YOU" to the Godless heathens w/o actually saying "EFF YOU".
I like that!

Don't care about football or religion;
but, as Alear said, gotta love him for his enemies.

As a lifelong Browns fan who lived through "The Drive" and "The Fumble" I hate the Broncos to an unexplainable degree.
As a fan of The Ohio State University Buckeyes I watched Tebow lead Florida to a win over the Buckeyes in a championship game a few years ago.

Somehow despite that you have root for his weekly bit of NFL crazy. Part of engineering a comeback is refusing to believe you're beaten. We've all seen players & teams that when trailing who look like they just want the game over. He doesn't and now his teammates don't.
