Another atheist bore feels affronted; sues

            —   Yes, berk

Rhode Island School Prayer

Jessica Ahlquist, a 16 year-old Rhode Island atheist and Harry Potter freak, says her personal  space was violated.  She won a suit banning peanuts perfume- cigars- her school's prayer poster.  Now,  I know that many of you will say she exemplifies the original meaning of a berk.  You may very well think that, but I could not possible say that word here.

Yes, I know.  But Madalyn Murray O'Hair was sixteen once too.  [Story]
A True Berk

She was man enough to demand that everyone else bend to her wishes. Now lets see if she's man enough to take the consequences.

That's the oldest looking 16 I've seen ever. She looks 28. And no fun at all. Bet she'll be fat(ter) and all gray by 35.

Atheists got Madalyn Murray O'Hair and Michael Newdow. And now Jessica Ahlquist.

The Christians got Phred Phelps. Christians need to pony up at least two more.

(HTH can you be an atheist and believe in magick??)

She just hopped on the bitch train early. Some poor fucker is going to pay her a lot of alimony before it is over.

FWIW, I'd always thought it was 'Burke and Hare - pair', meaning a real tit.
Well, I live and learn :-)

Madalyn died pretty hard, I hear...took her about a week getting slowly ripped apart to reveal where she hid her stolen gold pieces.

As fellow Atheist(Buddhist), I think she got what she deserved...we always granted the peasants whatever odd beliefs that relieved them.

After all, even Geese and Pomeranians have these odd rituals they engage in, so our Lama monks got grand "masses" that are longer
and more complicated than any the Orthodox Popes can come up with, to the delight of all the yak herders...

Good for her - glad to see that at least someone is willing to stand up for their beliefs.

No sense in continuing, she scored big on the first item.

"That one. The sultry bitch with the fire in her eyes. Bring her to me. Take her clothes off and bring her to me."

I find that quote works wonders in mixed company. Say it like you mean it.

"Good for her - glad to see that at least someone is willing to stand up for their beliefs."

Say... Can you 'splain to me how suppressing someone else's beliefs is "standing up for" your own differing beliefs?

Unless your own beliefs are "Everyone Must Agree With Me or STFU"

oh, I geddit now. nevermind.

A great many of us finding ourselves victims of the tyrannical minority disagree with your base interpretation of the Constitution. I'm sure that your superior intellect will allow you to grasp the concept if you will unleash it from servitude to self righteous "hooray for me" pomposity. I mean that in a good way.
