Two years ago, fugitive murder suspect Jesse Dimmick kidnapped newlyweds Jared and Lindsay Rowley after bursting into their home on a Saturday morning.

Now, he’s suing them for $235,000.

WYSIWYGDimmick contends in the breach of contract suit that after he entered the couple’s home in September 2009, they reached a legally binding, oral contract that they would hide him for an unspecified amount of money.

“Later, the Rowleys reneged on said oral contract, resulting in my being shot in the back by authorities,” Dimmick wrote in a notarized legal document, which said he was filing the counterclaim in response to a suit the Rowleys filed against him in September. [Full]

Any contract entered into under duress is null and void. If any judge allows this suit to go forward he should be taken out and strung up by the neck.

Liberals are why scuzzball Dimmick wasn't swinging from a gibbet about a year ago. That would moot the suit issue altogether.

A contract requiring an illegal is void on its face.

Do I have permission to use Dimmick's lawyer instead of the silhouette targets I normally use for practice?

Yeah, I know it's a bit more aggressive than my long-stated solution to the lawyer overpopulation problem: Upon passing the bar exam, the applicant will be neutered before being released back into society, but special cases deserve special measures. - Skyhawker, Doug
