The article is what you would expect but some of the comments are very good.
After you glance at that, I found this a surprisingly captivating speech—  chat actually.  Sheriff Joe Arpaio is addressing a  CSPOA sheriff convention (Jan 30) Lots of little inside tidbits about stuff.

Yeterday Janie Weinstein who writes DC's cracking good "Morning Trawler" opened his story on Sheriff Joe's press congerence like this:

1.) You've heard of the A-Team, now meet the F-team -- Someone let Sheriff Joe Arpaio out of his cage.

But he doesn't explain why he thinks Joe id, apparently, a lunatic. Very smug-putzy.
