The needle on the record of history keeps skipping

   Must Eat Brains
Chris Ex Machina offers thoughts on Argentina's renewed bluster on the Islas Malvinas Falkland Islands.

The story is timely, but the metaphor is 5-star  precious.   Later  (Our long dark night is [almost] over), a clot is recognized  for his own play on words, gaffe—  calling Malvinas the Maldives.

Sounds like the Pres needs a geography lesson. The Maldives are in the Indian Ocean.

If there Argentina has another go at changing the name from Falkens to Malvenas the Brits had best plan on going at it solo. The pretender-in-chief who evicted the bust of Churchill and joneses on Jomo Kenyatta will be there for the Brits right after he goes 'no-holds-barred' on drilling/mining/nuc power and embraces the Laffer Curve as the way to pump the economy.

Could this have anything to do with his talk-show comment about scouting out vacation sites to take Michelle in the near future?
Maybe he actually realizes that in less than a year he will have a lot more free time on his hands?
