Wisconsin Voter Fraud

[Full] This is a little story with big implications. I'm heartened.   Wisconsin voter fraud was on a scale rivaling Chicago and Philadelphia.  After the 2006 off-year elections U-Wisconsin  students bragged about how many times they'd voted.  I know I've made this point before, but the cornerstone of any democracy is the integrity of the vote.  Cheating is tantamount to attempting the overthrow of a government, a capital offense.  I'll settle for 35 years in the federal prison system for all convicted.
