Ummmh, good story. Would it be possible to gain access to the selective service registrations that were filed on 29 Jul 1980? A simple comparison should, repeat SHOULD demonstrate that someone in Honolulu, way back in January, 1980, couldn't find a full 1980, so they trimmed a 1908, and flipped it. Right? And there are a pile of registrations from July that lack that '19' feature. Easy.
Wait. There should be a pile of them that passed through the postoffice similarly lacking the '19', if the PIKA stamp truly existed and was used. You don't mess with the year portion except one time, right? And all those months, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, and Jun would have had similar stampings ... unless there is a fraud of some kind.
My bet is that Choom didn't need to register, he "intercepted" the form Granny, the CIA spy, created for him... Oh. Maybe SHE got out the ... No she died, right before the election. Hmmm. Tis a puzzlement.

I think we have a better chance of voting him out in November than we do of ever finding verifiable information about his past. So that's where we should focus our efforts.
