Mitt's Choice

                      —   you berks.

From  the Drudge linked story (to unreliable Politico) about Obama losing ground to Romney in Ohio

Obama is clinging to his lead based on his strength with three demographic groups: black voters, young voters and women. Obama leads among African-Americans 93 percent to 6 percent, and he beats Romney among young voters 54 percent to 36 percent. Women support Obama over Romney 52 percent to 41 percent.

The problem Romney faces then, with young voters, will be to identify with them.  Here are two who commented to the Politico article.

Show me a poll where Romney is leading. Despite all you say, Americans know Romney is not on their side. It's not struggling when you're ahead...Romney is struggling to stay relevant. What is he for? I don't know either...and neither do the American people.

We know you're better off than you were four years ago, so why would you not be for Obama?

As Gary and the right wing struggle to tell themselves what they want to hear, and reinforce all of the projection based drivel that keeps them deluded, the Romney campaign continues to hide, letting the Obama campaign define him.

Gary and the right continue to blather on, repeating the cable news drivel they were fed on the economy, and ignoring the independent economic analysis that shows the opposite.

People like Gary bought into all of the 2008 campaign projections, and never quite let them go. They always believed Obama was not up to the job, and have spent the last four years ignoring reality to reinforce their political house of cards.

Time for people like Gary to drop his spoon fed delusions, and study up.

It's clear then.  Romney must drive a railroad spike through his brain, and hope for the best if he's to have any chance of creating a dialog with that lot.

From which of these three demographics should we remove the right to vote?

Obviously they continue to drive us into the abyss.

All three, j_c_.

Just nuke 'em all from orbit; it's the only way to make sure.

Despair not, these chuckleheads rarely vote, and won't this year. Same with all those gals who are certain the democrats won't leave them with a bun in the oven. Much like 1980, there will be no buzz, so nothing to excite them. Obozo will wake to find that with real voters he ranks right down there with the original holier than thou idiot.

I think Dick Morris is right. Obamy is gonna go down like a 'Po city bar girl and the sound byte types are gonna wonder WTF? ANd they'll blame everything but the facts.

An interesting statistic I heard on a radio show stated that no President ever won re-election without their second run having a larger vote in favor than the first. Considering that Obama is losing all around, his chances are fubared and the media will be "surprised" when he is canned.

I'm curious to see just how much voter fraud there is going to be.

Willie Tate said: "We know you're better off than you were four years ago..." What level of omniscience or arrogance gives him the power to declare my condition or anyone else's compared to four years ago? In my mind, the unilateral "we know" or "we all know" marks the speaker as an ideologue or an idiot. BTW, my net worth is down about 30% from four years ago. Thanks a lot for installing the infantile buffoon, Lord Smug, and his fellow travelers in Congress.

A) It's gotta be a landslide so the Dems are made to realize their vision is rebuked by a vast majority.

B) They sue with 10,000 lawyers to declare the election null and void anyway. It won't matter that the only voter fraud found is on THEIR side; they'll call it foul and beg the UN to overturn it anyway...

Please, sir, can I have some more drivel?

Cheese, how many times did that "genius" use the same adjective?

Did he happen to note the unemployment for people in 'college age' range? Did he note how many recent collitch gradjumates were knocking on front doors saying "Dominoes!"? Did he want frys with that?? Numbers of people using WIC, AFDC, and other subsistence aids are at a new record. Is that better?
Thirty percent? Phooey. My house is worth less than I paid 20 years ago. Shouldn't there have been SOME appreciation? A few K?? I'm down over 60k from what I paid. Great for property taxes, but come on. It is about half of what it was in the 'peak' of 07-08.
Yeah, we're better off, dufus. Not.
