Brett Kimberlin, Obamunist "Hit Man"

Must Eat Brains

Score One for the First Amendment

Touch of Frost Pedo

I just watched a Touch of Frost episode where a pedophile/killer  taunts Inspector Frost with details of  what he does with his victims. Enraged, Frost punches him.  The Pedo files assault charges, and Frost is  suspended for 7 months.

Then I opened this story from Skoonj.  Life aping art.

[...] Fast forward to 2012 and [Brett Kimberlin's out of prison and has] become a popular figure on the left. He leads an organization which appears to be focused purely on putting conservative bloggers out of businesses. His actions have taken a heavy toll on bloggers such as Aaron Walker. Walker, who wrote an incredibly lengthy but detailed post about his dealings with Kimberlin, which can be read here.

To summarize his situation, Kimberlin put the law degree he reportedly earned in prison to work. He filed a series of harassing lawsuits against Walker, which eventually led to a frivolous restraining order against Walker. This effectively silenced him from writing about Kimberlin.  When conservatives raised awareness of Walker’s plight by sharing the story across the blogosphere, a Maryland judge took that as a violation of the restraining order and actually had Walker arrested.

No, we’re not kidding. The judge actually took the writings of others (most of whom had no connection whatsoever to Walker) as a threat against a suspected murder, convicted drug dealer and perjurer.

On the positive, Walker was released very quickly and on Thursday received some very good news:

Yes- a cliff hanger.  I can't post entire articles after all.  In the Frost episode, the good news was that the Pedo was murdered in prison.  That hasn't happened, yet.

BTW,  Conservative Intelligence Briefing looks like a good asset; I signed up for the news letter.  Flopping Aces chips in with  "Obama administration partners with Brett Kimberlin
