Iran Reverse Engineers Cobra Attack Helicopter

“All the phases of designing and manufacturing of the chopper have been done inside the country and the helicopter enjoys some capabilities which make it preferable to Apache Choppers,” says Brigadier General  Kioumars "David Axelrod" Heidari

I always liked the Cobra. Trained with them at Knox in the late '70s as a tank officer. The damned things are so skinny, they seemed to disappear in the sky when they were targeting you. At two clicks, they look like a pencil line to the naked eye and if they're hiding in the trees, your butt is in trouble. I was glad they were on our side.

Monkey copies of Cobras they had in stock since the Shah was deposed.

Probably no improvements either.

Absolutely love that shit..
sunnis have nowhere near that capability.

That guarantee that the shit 'slimes will have a
knock out drag down fight with them ay-rabs...
lot of blood and guts all over the place.

Look up Hama's destruction...
Rifaat Assad bragged of offing 80,000 'slime Brothers,
bulldozing the place and planting flowers
on top of the Ikwan's stinking carcases!

Popcorn time...no one murder a 'slime better than another 'slime!

Them's called "Chinese Blueprints". Welcome to 1968, along with your Chinese buddies. Makes ya wonder why they didn't knock off a batch of Tomcats.

The militant Shiite arm in Iran is owned by ethnic Arabs, including that dwarf Dinnerjacket.

The ethnic Persians in Iran would be quite happy if the ethnic Arabs all dropped dead so they could go back to the Shah's modern country.

Anon: too complicated, and they didn't have the materials science needed.

That and the DoD chopped every surplus F-14 up, and ordered the museums that still have them to put the remainder under video surveillance.
