Powerball v. Tort Lottery

The chances of winning a lottery jackpot during your lifetime are almost zero. This simulator lets you put this to the test without spending a single penny.

A device no doubt created by the law firm Dewey, Needem and Cheatem to drive home the point that a lawsuit is a better roll of the dice. Hasn't someone invaded your personal space lately?

I would be so angry if I tried that simulator and hit, having wasted a perfectly good probability flaw.

Do not allow facts to ruin the beauty of the thing.

Dewey, Cheatham and Howe is from the Tappet Brothers PBS show - Click and Clack. I loved the show until PBS went off the deep end about 8 years ago.

After hearing some progressive, snarky remarks on that show, I realized I was hoping they'd get their dick caught in a fan belt.

That's when I quit listening.

No Bolivar; Dewey, Cheatham and Howe is from The Three Stooges.

For a buck you get an afternoon of pleasant dreams. I buy my mom one a couple times a month. Cheaper and better than flowers, and less to throw away.

Dewey, Cheatham & Howe was a restaurant on North Division in Spokane, Washington. Great food! Sorry, don't know if it's still there.
