Anon, this is slightly off topic, but you used the term "Oh-13". For several years I've been wondering why we hadn't been hearing "Ought" year references during the first years of this century. During the 20th Century, it was used all the time: "Ought seven" for 1907, etc. I wonder why it didn't catch on this century.
