That's a dumbass bint's effort to top "We've got to pass the bill to see what's in it."
What she really means is that we aren't wasting and borrowing money fast enough to bankrupt the USA before Dear Leader's term is up, so we must throw money at other countries and and other countries' citizens who are here illegally.
Somebody remind her of her oath about the Constitution and all that boring stuff.
My mind gets oggled every day by this mob of elected and appointed criminals.
