Some of the big grocery stores around here with air doors have birds flying around. Maybe that particular store has pigeons.

Actually, if her house has WiFi, raising the PC up to the height of the WiFi router's antenna could help make a stronger connection, which in turn could mean higher bandwidth. Generally though, even a poor connection can still move data faster than the best internet speed homeowners can afford.
