Epic Fail Cali Obamacare

“Some physicians have been put in the network and they were included basically without their permission,” Lisa Folberg said. She is a CMA’s vice president of medical and regulatory Policy.

They’re also pointing out that Covered California’s website lists many doctors as participants when they aren’t.

I wonder if the politicians realize they might not be able to find a doctor with a wheelbarrow full of hundred dollar bills?

That's when it all comes home to roost. Dumbass politicians, and their families, finding a toothache might carry a death sentence.

At first I didn't get it. Who needs a doctor hauling around a wheelbarrow full of bucks???

My brothers are starting to turn away Medicaid and Medicare patients. The latter not so much, but one or more are not taking new Medicaid patients. They cannot afford the overhead, and it costs nearly as much to file for the paltry remuneration as they get paid. They'll do cash, and let the patient file the claim. They seem to be hogtied in what they can charge, i.e, they cannot have 'low-cost' prices for low income patients. Not too sure on that, but the Gov't DOES stick their nose into how much they can scale.
The Dolts in DC have made a huge mess, but think "make it so" will work and Docs will appear out of the woodwork to bend to the whims of Government. Not Gonna Happen. They will retire, or accept NO insurance payments, cash on the barrelhead, or be forced by licensing requirements {no take Medicaid? No license.} to become government employees with their work directed by the State.
If I had kids, I would NOT recommend they go into medicine.
