  1. 7:30 Mass
  2. Breakfast and newspaper
  3. Son drops by with our granson
  4. We take him fishing
  5. He catches first fish
  6. Nap
  7. Dinner

LOVE the FitBit - I have the clip-on one (about $99). I started tracking my sleep, and found that when I changed asthma meds, I could FINALLY sleep through the night.

Also tracks steps and stairs.

You can add in information about your diet, and get a good overall picture of your status from the data.

Gives you a good picture for talking to your doctor, and adjusting treatment as necessary.
