It is going to be the die off US children whose parents bought into the "vaccinations cause autism" BS spread by the British quack who wanted to sell his alternative vaccination and got a paper into the "Lancelet." By the time he was found out it had spread to wide. Now we are going to get diseases from Central America that we have no vaccines or treatments for.
