The senate will never go along that is why in November we need to take over the senate and then impeach with extreme prejudice

Comment on SARAH PALIN: IT'S TIME TO IMPEACH' PRESIDENT OBAMA
Mr. Powers may have forgotten that Republicans controlled the Senate in 1999, and Majority Leader Trent Lott was unable ( if he even tried) to stop Republicans Sens. Slade Gorton (Wash.), Ted Stevens (Alaska), Richard C. Shelby (Ala.), Fred D. Thompson (Tenn.) and John W. Warner (Va.) from voting against convicting (and removing) Clinton on perjury count.  The vote was deadlocked 50-50, and anyone of them could have sent him packing.  Maybe the term RINO was invented then, I forget.  The point is -- can we expect any better from the GOP if they do take the Senate back in November?  (The Senate Acquits President Clinton - Saturday, February 13, 1999

EXACTLY!
THINK: Thad Cochran.

I DON'T GIVE A FLYING F*(K at this point.
If the GOP chooses to commit suicide, so be it.
I will NEVER AGAIN enable their nihilistic illness.

The Constitutional scholars here must know that a 2/3 majority in the Senate is required to convict.

GOP suicide? House wasting time on impeachment.

Having 51 GOP Senators just means that you will see Rinos joining their Gang of Eight buddies on the other side of the aisle to get on the Sunday talk shows, where they can expound on being statesmen and not politicians.

I've seen that movie befor.

Term limits sound more and more appealing with each passing hour. Time for a constitutional convention.

"Time for a constitutional convention."

AWK! Do you really want to allow Democrats the chance to rewrite the Constitution with the GOP the watchdog? Still, I am mindful of "Mr. Jefferson’s “Sovereignty of the Living Generation" argument.

Have you noticed who is screaming about Palin's impeachment call and how conflicted they are. First the "establishment" said that Palin was irrelevant, and not to pay attention to her. Then they started screaming she needed to shut up. I smell fear.
Even if impeachment doesn't lead to conviction the hearing could be very damaging to the RINO's, Dims, and the village nitwits in the run up to 2016. What ever reason they are afraid of a House Impeachment proceeding.
