I think the key paragraph was the clinic manager whining about the struggle to find a replacement for the aging abortionist. Thankfully, this is their problem in many places as fewer and fewer doctors are performing abortions. My baby daughter is very involved in Forty Days For Life and the only clinic in her area is operated by a 77 year old who is near the end of his brutal career with no replacement in sight.

While I doubt that the clinic closed for this reason, why does the law require the clinic to lie to the patient?

Unique human = (outside of the spiritual) DNA and cells that divide. How long the cells have been dividing, breathing air or not, in or out of a womb, none of that matters, it's human. Abortion is killing humans, if you are OK with that then get yours done as it's "legal" but don't try to hide behind euphemism.
