Huh? Have I missed something here?

How does Mitch daBitch get elected "majority" leader, when the republicans don't have a "majority" in the current Senate?

The new Congress doesn't get sworn in till January. This is still the lame duck session. How can a "Senator Elect" make or second a nomination or vote for a Majority Leader when they aren't members of the Senate yet?

Doesn't matter. Being noobs, they are not part of the Old Boy network in Washington, District of Corruption, so none of the Old Boys gives a shit what the Senator Elects have to say. The existing 45 Repub Senators are sufficient to make a quorum and vote.
