$15,000 device?
Install a timer and a money slot. $5.00/minute. Everything else, including "free" air at the gas station has gone that way.
Next stop: Your house. They've already tried a remote control electric meter.
Now where's that wood chipper we wanted installed in the EPA parking lot?
