Wow! What a discovery! And thank you so much for posting the RECIPE, as otherwise I could never have figured out how to prepare (let alone conceive of) this remarkable, previously UNHEARD OF and UNDISCOVERED snack idea!

We're with Phil. This is Nobel Prize material!
(actually, nowadays, considering that the Nobel Prize is handed out like fucking foodstamps to the likes of Barack Obama and Yassir Arafat, a lump of semi-burnt cheese with a japaleno slice in it, that looks like something that once plagued the crew of NCC-1701, is more deserving than those two scumbags).

Ive been making those with shredded cheese for years. A good skillet a little above medium heat. Flip them when the start to brown. Cheddar was my favorite but the jalapeno looks REAL good!

Just showed this to Mr. Hughes and his eyes lit up. Oh mamma they are going to be good.
P.S. Just made a big batch for Schlong's Dry Rub for the smoking of ribs today. Always a good recipe.
