The fifth Satin was off stage doing the instrumental portion.

In those days, all groups were dressed well. In suits. They had good, simple choreography. I loved those days, when the groups had respect for their music and their audience.

Ah, those were the days (We used to sing the background as "Shut up and shove it up"). But it was perhaps the greatest streetcorner acapella/slow dance Doo-Wop song ever (with "Tonight, Tonight" by the Mello Kings a close second).

Oh, Man, the '50s and '60s were the greatest! Check out this 1983 performance and interview (with David Letterman) and you might see why I think Ronnie Spector is the cutest, sexiest woman in Rock'n'Roll ever!
