Interesting 'first step' concept. There's a lot of details that would have to be resolved before a real-world introduction of this 'system'. Other than that, the one thing that struck me was the battlefield scenery. It's not a middle eastern landscape. Is the proposal video made with an eastern European country in mind? Say, for example, Ukraine?

That Moskal "Armata" tank is more like a soviet joke...it's engine failed at their mudak May day parade...had to be towed away...Anyway, look like that Chechen "Vostok" battalion is pulling all the strings in Donbass...as if we used Havana Cubans as mercs in Iraq...(Like we'd be surprised if Barry "Sharmuta" Hussein pulled that one...)

Israel doesn't have a transport that large.

Skoonj-
Right you are. but if Israel is building weapons for another client, I would think the Ukraine military might certainly be in the mix. It may even be a technology swap that benefits both countries. And could you blame either country for having a 'plan B' after their treatment by our current regime in Washington? Here's a possible plane that could carry the load:

Of course they could just buy surplus RAF Tornados and get the same thing. Might fare better against SA-300's than sitting ducks.

Sonoboy, that's all true. Actually, something about the video bugs me a little. I know I saw it on Facebook a week or two ago, but don't know where.

I don't know much about weapons or war and such but this would make one awesome video game.

What are those, 105 mm rounds (being fired from the air-dropped motorized platform)? How can they be fired (with any accuracy) without a tube (barrel)? I can see rockets being fired in that manner, but not brass-cased rounds.
