I've had that a few times. Not a big deal.

Without the Orwellian twist, an error screen is just an error screen.

With Windows, you'll never escape the blue screen of death.

Oh, wait… I was off-line for 6hrs today.
But that was due to a power outage, here in NC, so I'm not counting it.
(What? Nah, 7yo & 3yo MacBooks. Call me old-fashioned.)

Okay, but I had to restore from a backup.

Never had that happen on any of our systems. Presumably that's a Win 10 error message? But again, I built most of our systems, and WinX runs fine on the two I installed it on. Even the updates.

There must be something wrong with my Linux, I can't seem to get that to pop up. ;-)

Download the virtualbox software, install windows 10 into a new virtual machine, run it under linux. if you wait long enough, you might get lucky.

Hey Rodge, You've prolly used more than a cat's life of tech bouts....Researchers say the average American suffers 40,000 bouts of 'tech rage' over their lifetime.
