scream-of-consciousness; "If you're trying to change minds and influence people it's probably not a good idea to say that virtually all elected Democrats are liars, but what the hell."

And the nominee is ...
"If the number of Islamic terror attacks continues at the current rate, candlelight vigils will soon be the number-one cause of global warming. " |

I'm trying to remember how many decades ago they closed the insane asylums and turned them loose on the streets. They were dangerous on the streets and then they were placed in jails and prisons were they may or may not be medicated. Now they seem to be employed by Colleges and Universities or helping out the Democrats.

Toadold, it was October 31, 1963 that President Kennedy signed PL88-164, which resulted in the closing of the asylums and opening of "community treatment centers".
The final bill JFK signed into law before he was shot (the "Mental Retardation Facilities and Community Mental Health Centers Construction Act of 1963", signed October 31, 1963.) ended the practice of involuntarily hospitalizing the mentally ill. They were sprung. Thereafter we have the homeless. Prior to this, there were far fewer and they were called bums.
The mentally ill were to be cared for in community care centers rather than mental hospitals. Naturally, the left supplied the people to man the centers, people of questionable qualification. But that left them on the streets instead of in the hospitals. And the care centers skimmed appropriated money from the government for their leftist organizations and the Democrat Party.
Since then the Democrats were able to levy the homeless into endless graft, as well as blame the Republicans for it.

For five years I worked one street east and just north of the freeway, in Treyvons hood. FMU is in Opa Locka, just beside the Opa Locka triangle. The triangle is mostly indescribable. It's like driving into Somalia. The crime there never makes the news, it is pure inhumanity. Compared to the neighbors, ole Treyvon might be a shining example of success. -Anymouse

You know what FMU grads will do for a living? Teach kids in Florida schools.

In my Miami tenure, being just two blocks south of Carol City High (Treyvons skoo) I saw two teachers murdered. Helicopters were at least a weekly event over the school and the locals complained that their school was just a "taxpayer funded gang headquarters". But they had a nationally ranked HS football team, so.... It's all good right? They commonly graduate, go play college ball, come home and get shot to all hell. Wash, rinse, repeat. Its rough on the Democrat plantation. -Anymouse

"It will be hard to beat this inaugural nominee, but my money's on lefty dickweeds to top themselves. Stay tuned."
"Lefty Dickweeds". That'd be a funny name, kinda like "Turd Ferguson".

Trayvon was worth more dead than alive to his parents.
