Peta says the monkey owns the copyrights to the pictures it takes. I might be inclined to go along with that if the monkey can fill out the forms necessary to make such copyrights happen. Till then, if I were the judge, my first questions to the PETA people bringing this suit would be: Why are you wasting my time? Do you have a permit to be that stupid?
