I would SO love to see that delicate little flower leave the building, still with her eyes locked on her phone screen, and step off the curb right into the path of a bus! I just dealt with a so-called "customer service specialist" who was just like that; apparently nobody ever told her that "customer service" often involves interacting with people who are not happy. Her own delicate little feelings were far more important than resolving my issues; even though I was entirely civil, she was "uncomfortable" that my call was not about unicorns and cotton candy, and she wound up hanging up on me. Needless to say, I will never do business with that concern ever again.

Wha? I didn't even notice her headlights! But even a pair of really cracking bristols can't make up for being that fucking stupid.
