has loyd waters ever heard of "suspension of disbelief"? He has a problem with the "cracker" and with the pancakes, but a walking, talking, banjo-playing cat doesn't raise an eyebrow...

Felix must have been the first black panther. He took down the evil white overseer. So no, not racist, but reactionary and revolutionary.

Or you could see it as northerners destroying evil southern ways ... the Civil War, still going on 55 years later.
