TRUMP v. Establishment Mafia I was pretty sure that, once Trump University case Judge Gonzalo Curiel was discovered to be a member of a La Raza-affiliated group, that would be the worst thing that could be disclosed about him. So imagine my surprise when we found out that there was another group he was a member of that should have disqualified him! Yes, Judge Curiel is a man of surprises. It seems that he’s also a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association. It sounds pretty harmless, until you look at what the organization has been saying about Donald Trump. “TheHispanic National Bar Association represents the interests of nearly 54million Hispanics/Latinos in the United States, which is approximately 17% of the U.S. population,” the statement began. “By his recent derogatory remarks about Mexican immigrants, Donald Trump’s disrespect of such a large segment of the population of America is not only unbelievable, but outright wrong. “His comment that Mexico only sends rapists and criminals to the United States reveals a racist nature that cannot and will not go unnoticed by the Hispanic National Bar Association nor the Latino community,” it added. For law-abiding Americans without knowledge of the dark side of our current illegal immigration crisis, all this is unfathomable. It is past time for all Americans to know what is at the root of this outrageous behavior, and the extent to which the nation is at risk because of “La Raza” — The Race. There are many immigrant groups joined in the overall “La Raza” movement. The most prominent and mainstream organization is the National Council de La Raza — the Council of “The Race”. To most of the mainstream media, most members of Congress, and even many of their own members, the National Council of La Raza is no more than a Hispanic Rotary Club. But the National Council of La Raza succeeded in raking in over $15.2 million in federal grants last year alone, of which $7.9 million was in U.S. Department of Education grants for Charter Schools, and undisclosed amounts were for get-out-the-vote efforts supporting La Raza political positions. The Council of La Raza succeeded in having itself added to congressional hearings by Republican House and Senate leaders. And an anonymous senator even gave the Council of La Raza an extra $4 million in earmarked taxpayer money, supposedly for “housing reform,” while La Raza continues to lobby the Senate for virtual open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens. MEDIA CALLS TRUMP RACIST The New York Times alone has published hundreds of articles, editorials, op-eds, movie reviews, sports articles and crossword puzzles darkly invoking "white judges" and "all-white" juries, as if that is ipso facto proof of racist justice. Two weeks ago -- that's not an error; I didn't mean to type "decades" and it came out "weeks" -- the Times published an op-ed by a federal appeals judge stating: "All-white juries risk undermining the perception of justice in minority communities, even if a mixed-race jury would have reached the same verdict or imposed the same sentence." In other words, even when provably not unfair, white jurors create the "perception" of unfairness solely by virtue of the color of their skin. Innocence Project co-founder Barry Scheck's entire career of springing criminals would be gone if it were generally accepted that we can't question judges or juries based on race or ethnicity. Writing about the release of Glenn Ford, a black man convicted of robbing a jewelry store and murdering the owner, Scheck claimed that one of the most important factors in Ford's death sentence was the "all-white jury." On the other hand, the evidence against Ford included: His two black friends telling police he'd shown them jewelry the day of the murder, another Ford acquaintance swearing he'd had a .38 in his waistband -- the murder weapon was a .38 -- and the gunshot residue on Ford's hand. His conviction was overturned many years later, on the theory that his black friends had committed the murder, then framed him. So we know 1) the "real killers" were also black; and 2) any jury would have convicted Ford on that evidence. Here's how the Times described Ford's trial: "A black man convicted of murder by an all-white jury in Louisiana in 1984 and sentenced to die, tapped into an equally old and painful vein of race." I have approximately 1 million more examples of the media going mental about a "white judge" or "all-white jury," and guess what? In none of them were any of the white people involved members of organizations dedicated to promoting white people, called "THE RACE." Say, does anyone remember if it ever came up that the Ferguson police force was all white? Someone check that. I don’t want to upset you New York Times editorial board, but perhaps we should revisit the results of the Nuremberg trials. Those were presided over by – TRIGGER WARNING! – “all white” juries. (How do we really know if Hermann Göring was guilty without hearing women's and Latino voices?) So much for that .

What is La Raza (The Race) in U.S politics?  La Raza = Mexican political activism.  Many La Razaistos subscribe to the notion that California, Texas, and New Mexico are property stolen by the United States, and advocate  repossessing that land by force, if necessary. "Imagine the outcry if white attorneys from Mississippi  started a a legal association 'The Race'  with the stated mission to promote the interest of white, Southern communities. Justice Sotomayor has given several speeches about the importance of diversity. But her 2001 remarks at Berkeley, which were published by the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal, went further, asserting that judges’ identities will affect legal outcomes. Harvard Business School (Read Between the Lines) A handful of students sued Trump U Harvard Business School in 2010, alleging  his Trump  the  school  was a sham full of misleading promises. The students said in a class-action lawsuit that they had paid as much as $35,000 to learn secrets to real estate success getting rich. According to the complaint filed in San Diego federal court, they were encouraged to sign up for more expensive levels of instruction, which were to include personal mentoring by experts “handpicked” by Trump U Harvard. But instead, they say, the seminars were more like infomercials. The lawsuit alleges that the for-profit university’s promises that advanced students could make tens of thousands of dollars each month were bogus, and that the school instead left many in debt.  Harvard disagreed with allegations that the program was worthless. So, basically, Democrats and the Republican elite are sacred to death that Trump will become president and:  enforce legislated  immigration law; deport illegals, stop Muslem immigration, name constitutionalists  to the courts, and wish people a Merry Christmas. Which says it all.

Castle Doctrine Even in states that require a person to retreat from the threat of imminent harm before defending themselves, a person can often use deadly force against someone who unlawfully enters their home.  This rule, also known as “the castle doctrine,” allows people to defend their homes against intruder through lethal force.
