Get serious

All of a sudden lots of people seem to be surprised that Osama bin Laden is still planning to attack us again at home?  Sheesh.  There are huge tracts of land in Pakistan where not even the Pakistani army will venture.  These areas are principle havens for our deadliest enemies.  Think Dresden, only with nukes.  Then, we'll be serious. Along the same lines, let's gnaw on this bone.  Why is it that Timothy McVeigh is the only person executed by us in the war on terror ?  And with nary a word of protest from the usual suspects?
