Mel Carnahan & the dead driver

Your Honor, my client would like to invoke the Mel Carnahan precedent.
You know, where dead democrats actually elected one of their own.

I am not suprised.
I am a member of AAA+ in Michigan.
They offer roadside assistance for about $75 per year. I've had "membership" for over 10 years. Back when it was just "AAA Roadside Assistance". The difference is that I get 5 free tows of up to 100 miles per year.

But don't try to use them.
A few years back, I was into street racing. Which meant I broke my car quite a few times.
After my third tow, I got a letter and brochure on how to "keep my vehicle maintained".
After my fourth tow two years in a row, I got a nasty letter explaining that if I continued to use my membership in this manner (e.g. getting towed), that I would be "demoted" to the AAA group.
In order to get back to the "AAA+" group, I would have to use the service less than 3 times per year for 3 years. Then I could re-apply to get the good service.

Some insurance, eh?
The only thing they ensure is their profits...

"AA" is not "AAA."
Why would Alcoholics Anonymous give any car a tow?

The "AA" is the U.K. equivalent of the "AAA" in the U.S. (Appears to be the same company, different acronyms). This incident happened in the "Woodseats area" of Sheffield, in the U.K.

gobsmacked:
adj : utterly astounded

The combination of multiple Guinness' (Guninnessi?), a drunken bastard (Myself tonight) and google are a dangerous thing.... A Cornucopia of crap... Hehehe!
