My gawd, we might have killed Jimmy Carter, or Michael Moore!

But, does Hollywood show gratitude? Noooooooo.
More than ever, the sniper is playing an important role in the war against al-Qaeda inspired terror in Iraq. "We rely on them a great deal," said Commando General Hardcock, "because it's so easy to kill an American entertainer, or democratic congressman when taking out a terrorist in this war. The shooter must be absolutely accurate, or the nation could lose such celebities as Al Franken, Jim McDermott, or Ramsey Clark."

Our caps are off to you, sir.

"What do you feel when you shoot a terrorist?"

"Recoil."

That there was very clever! I really got a chuckle out of General Hardcock and his comments! Funny how the truth doesn't 'always' hurt(unless your tummy's aching from laughter). :D joyce

Please tell me that is an actual, factual quote! (And then give me a link!)

I hope that is real and that it gets lots of play in the press...but of course it won't. We wouldn't want the 'murican people to know that we have warriors who are willingly taking the battle to the enemy, instead of sitting demoralized and fearful in a bunker, would we?
