Punks Abound
"As the media worked away on the appearance of diminishing support for DeLay, creating the impression that his ouster was inevitable, DeLay was hearing from some of his stauncher supporters that he had at least to consider his options before returning full time to Washington at the end of the month." - The DeLay Sweepstakes
Just as they did with Newt, Trent Lott, and God knows how many others, democrats and their enthralled media  succeed once again in eliminating a thorn in their side.  I have a visceral hatred for the liars and traitors who make up the bulk of elected Democrats, but I despise those gutless Republican's who allow themselves to be pushed around by these mofo c-suckers.

But Rodge, what can they do?

I'll tell you what they can do.  Let's start with the Patriot Accountability Act of 2006 that would make it a federal crime for media, or public figures, to disseminate disinformation - that has been shown to be  false- and that give aid and comfort to the enemy.  What about Tom DeLay's 1994 promise to start impeaching judges who don't adhere to the law when making decisions?  Where did that go? What about the Attorney General seeking indictments of any number of democrat law breakers (hell, Republicans too, where they exist).  Has the statute of limitations on Chinagate kicked in?  I think not.  Sheesh.

I would rather have a law that requires 10 years of jail time for reporters who do not give their source for national defense leaks when directed to do so by a court order.

Great ... that's in the bill now.
